Been a member over 10 yrs, I make over 200k a yr and still have a credit limit of 6k lol. I get denied if a purchase is over 1k for potential fraud, then I get transferred to india when calling to verify my purchase. Service is horrible and always “we will work on it” . Only positive note is the apr...

Just called and 20 min no answer absolutely uncalled for at 939am on a tues after a holiday. Noone wants to work here. . .update. called again 59 min no answer pressed call back got no call back. This bank is a joke
