Angel View Resale Store on Temecula Parkway carries the typical resale-shop mix—furniture, home goods, clothing, books, decor—at the price tier where a modest budget stretches further than retail. The inventory turns constantly, making each visit a browse-and-discover proposition rather than a return-for-the-same-item spot. Merchandise skews toward practical household goods and vintage finds rather than novelty or niche collectibles. The shop draws regular thrift shoppers hunting affordable basics, estate-sale browsers looking for one-off furniture pieces, and gift-buyers willing to hunt for something with character at a fraction of the original cost. For someone furnishing a new apartment, restocking after a move, or simply enjoying the low-stakes treasure hunt of resale shopping, this fits the routine stop. For specific items or particular vintage eras, the outcome is unpredictable; for a Saturday morning browse with no particular goal, the traffic and selection keep it worthwhile.

J Quality Controls operates as a retail shop on Del Rio Road in Uptown Temecula, stocking industrial supplies, safety equipment, and control systems rather than general merchandise or gifts. The inventory tilts toward contractors, maintenance crews, and facilities managers — tools and parts for ongoing jobsite and building upkeep rather than one-off hobby purchases or home decor browsing. This is a destination for repeat business customers who know what they need and stop in to grab it, rather than a casual walk-in discovery spot like the Old Town gift and antique shops. Builders, HVAC techs, property managers, and facility staff in the Temecula area already know the address; new customers typically arrive by referral or after realizing a local supplier beats waiting for mail-order. The shopping rhythm is transactional — in, find the part or safety item, out — suited to professionals on a job schedule rather than leisurely afternoon browsing.

Sunny Rays Construction operates as a construction-supply and materials shop in Uptown Temecula, stocking the inventory local builders, contractors, and serious DIYers reach for on project days — lumber, fasteners, tools, and job-site supplies rather than decorator home goods or impulse purchases. The customer base skews toward people who know what they need before walking in, not browsers hunting for inspiration. This is the regular-stop shop for contractors maintaining accounts, homeowners mid-renovation picking up a few more studs or fasteners, and property managers sourcing materials for routine maintenance. For gift shopping or casual weekend browsing, the boutique and home-decor clusters in Old Town Temecula serve that purpose. For a job-focused errand where time matters and inventory depth beats ambiance, Sunny Rays fills the practical slot most Temecula builders and renovation crews already know.
Sunny ray is a perfect name! These guys were friendly, quick, helpful and kind.
I called Sunny Rays Construction for a quote on a water heater install. Ray's price was one of the best out there. Ray came out and did the install, was professional and got the job done in short order. Overall I am very happy with the work Ray did. He got me out of a hot water bind when my old wat...
Very, very bad. No concern as to cleanliness, unqualified people doing the work and unfinished work. They got people to work with luxury tile that had no tools or even a vehicle. Under no circumstances should you hire this company.
What Locals Know
Uptown Temecula's Enterprise Circle corridor serves the area's active residential renovation and new-build sectors. Contractors working across the valley's mix of mid-2000s tract homes, newer subdivisions, and ongoing infill projects rely on quick access to standard framing, fastening, and finishing supplies.
Altisima Winery sits on De Portola Road, the quieter corridor of Temecula Wine Country where smaller producers and a slower tasting pace dominate the scene. The setting reflects that positioning—a more intimate scale than the main-drag estates, oriented toward seated tastings and by-the-glass pours rather than high-volume tour-group traffic. De Portola draws residents and visitors looking to escape the busier Rancho California stretch without losing the Wine Country experience. The format suits couples, small groups of friends, and wine club members who want a Sunday afternoon at a measured tempo rather than a rushed multi-stop itinerary. Bachelorette parties and first-time Wine Country visitors tend toward the larger, event-ready estates with restaurant space and packed tasting rooms; Altisima works better as a second or third stop once a group knows their palate and values the quieter, more conversational pour-room experience. De Portola's geography itself signals a different clientele—people willing to venture past the tourist corridor because they're already familiar with the region.
