The staff took Great care of us while putting our Cat Jazzy down. Were kind and considerate the whole time. No rush for us to leave. Thanks again for helping us in our time of need.

Appointment at 11:15am. At 12:30pm we gave up and told them we were leaving. Saturdays are busy no doubt, but maybe don't make appointments so close together if you can't get animals in and out quickly. Waiting in the parking lot with our pup was not ideal at all.
